EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the act of decorating a piece of fabric with a stitched-in design.
This technique gives a premium raised look and feel, and is known to stand up
to heavy wear and tear. Embroidery works best on most garments and bags, and
accommodates most logo designs.
HEAT TRANSFER
Our Heat Transfer technology allows for intricate logo details without the
use of border contours often found with standard Digital Transfers. The end result is a
clean, premium finish, with a logo that looks and feels like it’s woven into the fabric. This
techniques works best on almost all garments and especially with logos that have free
standing text.
LASER ETCHED PATCHES
Faux suede and faux leather laser etched patches are sewn down or heat applied
to create a premium, tonal look. This technique works best with bags, and our more
urban styled products.
SCREEN PRINTING
A stencil is created with a vectorized art file to guild a thin layer of plastisol ink onto
a fabric that is then dried and cured in a printing oven. This technique works best
with logos that have few colors and is the recommended decoration technique on many items.
DEBOSSING
An art file is used to create a die that is depressed into the fabric with high heat and
pressure to leave a tonal impression. This technique works best on leather and certain fabrics.
LASER ETCHING
This tonal decoration technique uses a high energy beam of light to etch into
fabrics while moving across a pre-determined course. This technique is ideal for
etching into synthetic fabrics such as fleece and bonded fabrics.
